I think it is essential that we white folks talk with people of color to learn their perspectives and experiences. It is equally important to talk with other white people about race - especially systemic issues. With that context, I invited Melia Dunn to record an episode with me.

Melia is a Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion specialist based in Phoenix. Her work is focused on dismantling status quo systems to build diverse, inclusive teams that transform an organization's culture while maximizing its mission and impact in the world.
