Thank you for sharing this guide and tips. I just applied them all as you suggested and I feel way more clear and recharged for the coming year. This is the first time a do a personal retreat, and going away for two nights by myself made a lot of difference (I am usually very self-reflective and I do some of these practices regularly, but to make it an intention and have a loose but clear agenda for it was amazing). Thanks again! I'll do this every year from now on :)
