Mystical Leadership Credo

An excerpt from the Mystical Leadership Manifesto I published late last year:

Mystical leadership is a philosophy that holds logic and faith as equally essential traits of a leader. It recognizes humility, compassion, moderation, intuition and wisdom as necessary leadership qualities. Mystical leadership embraces all the dichotomies and paradoxes of being a human - the divide between ego and soul. It acknowledges and accepts the natural volatility and uncertainty of life and leaves room for mystery and possibility. Read the entire manifesto here.

In support of the mystical leadership philosophy, I’ve created the following credo. If you see yourself (even slightly) as a mystical leader, these are not commitments or vows as much as they are reminders of what your soul already knows. As you read through the credo, I encourage to examine your own life for these traits - and consider how these traits are embodied by others in your life and people you admire.
